As Lagosians decides their next governor, some thugs were spotted threatening electorates to vote for the All Progressives Congress, APC or go home.

This happened at the Isolo, Oshodi area of Lagos state this morning March 18.

Twitter user @Msmenalicious who shared the video online also mentioned that INEC staff have arrived at her polling units for the election.
