I Didn’t Land In Hospital After GWR Attempt - OAU Student Breaks Silence

Recall that Linguistics and African Languages student began the attempt on November 24 at the Sub Car Park inside the school campus.

 
Subair Enitan has denied landing in a hospital while attempting to break a Guinness World Record.
 
Enitan, a student of Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU) participated in the Guinness World Record for longest hand washing marathon.
 
Enitan, in a video, extended appreciation to the school, supporters and sponsors, stressing that she did not end up in the hospital despite the challenges of her wash-a-thon attempt.
 
Her words: “First of all, I’m sure you can see I’m very much okay. So to the people trending saying I landed in the hospital. I didn’t land in the hospital and these are my hands. I am better.

“I’ve been in my house with family members, my team members. I’ve been sleeping. I woke up this evening to take pictures. I have been very fine. Just dey play o. Nothing is wrong with me.”
 
The Nation reported that the Linguistics and African Languages student began the attempt on November 24 at the Sub Car Park inside the school campus.
 
She surpassed her initial plan of 50 hours by washing for 58 hours.
 
The Guinness World Record is yet to confirm Enitan’s record-breaking attempt.
