A young man has been caught on camera performing some really mind-blowing stunts perched atop a skyscraper.
Hoverboard videos usually end with the users falling off the gadget to the sound of laughter.
But one wrong move from this daredevil would likely be the end of his life.
Captured on camera is the moment Russian native Oleg Sherstyachenko showcased his ability on a hoverboard while riding perilously close to the edge of a skyscraper rooftop.
Born in Yekaterinburg, the parkour expert now lives in Dubai - the setting for his most recent and perhaps most terrifying stunt.
In the past, he has been captured dangling from skyscrapers around the world after free-climbing structures with his friend Ilya Bagaev.
His dangerous exploits have resulted in him gaining a healthy Instagram following of more than 190,000 people, desperate to see what is next on the agenda for the daredevil.
His latest video was posted to Instagram alongside the caption: 'How am I still alive? I don't know, maybe I'm immortal.'
In the clip, Sherstyachenko, who also goes by the nickname Cricket, rides a multi-coloured hoverboard along a narrow ledge on the roof of a skyscraper.
He travels all the way over to the very edge before stopping a matter of inches away from the side.
The daredevil then decides to show off his ability on the board and rocks back and forward towards the edge, stopping just in time with every motion.
With the palms of the viewer more than a bit sweaty, Cricket decides to spin around in a circle before finally coming away from the edge.
But if you thought things were going to suddenly get safer, you would be very much mistaken.
After performing a handstand on the hoverboard, Sherstyachenko begins pirouetting once more with his legs in the air.
The stomach churning clip concludes with the daredevil finally touching back down on solid ground and stepping away from the gadget.
