Queeneth Agbor, the popular Nollywood actress, has recounted a harrowing experience she had during a ride with a booked driver.
The incident, which she said left her deeply traumatised, occurred while they were crossing the Third Mainland Bridge in Lagos.
Agbor revealed that the driver began to engage in inappropriate behavior, masturbating in the car while she and a minor were present.
The actress expressed her fear and the difficulty she faced in responding to the situation without alarming the child who was seated in the back.
“I have never been this traumatized,” Agbor wrote on Instagram.
“Immediately we got to Third Mainland Bridge, this man brought out his private part and started misbehaving. I was too scared to even carry my phone.
“I tried to distract him for the safety of me and the minor that was behind in the car. I couldn’t react too harshly, so she doesn’t understand what’s going on. I didn’t want her scared.”
She also noted the disturbing irony of the driver playing Christian music during the incident, despite his reprehensible actions.
Agbor’s post highlighted her concern for others who might fall victim to such behavior, especially those traveling alone at night.
The actress concluded her post by asking for divine protection, saying, “May God forever protect us from evil.”
Agbor’s story has since sparked outrage and concern among her followers, with many calling for greater safety measures in ride-hailing services to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future.
