Nigerian disc jockey and activist, DJ Switch has reacted to the death of former President Muhammadu Buhari.
Recall that Buhari passed away in London on Sunday, July 13, 2025.
Reacting in a post shared via her Instagram story, she revealed that Buhari's only achievement was destroying Nigeria.
DJ Switch wrote:
“The sweet reality of inevitability. RIP MF. One down.”
Responding to the backlash that greeted her post, she added:
“Please tell me what is Buhari’s achievement apart from destroying Nigeria. When you are a bad leader, people will drink to your demise, but when you lead with fairness, people will mourn when you die.
“I don’t need to prove my empathy to anybody. When I saw that news, it was like justice. Next on the list, T-Pain, how far?”
DJ Switch, who gained global attention for live-streaming the #EndSARS protest in 2020 at the Lekki Toll Gate, has remained a vocal critic of Nigeria’s leadership and governance.
