Kiddwaya gave this advice in a post via X, reacting to the death of a woman due to complications from a BBL, explaining that men prefer natural bodies.

He urged women to prioritise their health and safety and to focus on fitness through exercise rather than opting for surgical enhancements.

The media personality also advocated for a healthier approach to body image, suggesting gym memberships as a safer alternative to surgical procedures.

“Dear ladies, please stop doing BBL. We love the way you are. Your body is perfect the way God designed it.

"And if you feel you need to look slightly better, then get yourself a gym membership and work out like a normal human being.

"Enough is enough. Yours sincerely, men,” he wrote.
