Elderly Mother Of Nigerian Soldier Calls Out FG Over Poor Welfare Of Her Son And Other Soldiers In Heartbreaking Video

The mother of a Nigerian soldier has angrily criticized the Nigerian government, accusing it of abandoning her son and other troops in the bush where they are fighting insurgents.

In a heartbreaking video, the elderly woman said she is a widow to a soldier who served Nigerian Army for 36 years. 

She mentioned that in all the years her husband served, he never witnessed the suffering her son who also joined the Army is currently going through now.

She stated that her son calls her to complain about the suffering he and other soldiers face in the bush. She said she has appealed to her son to return home if he cannot continue. 

She went on to curse the Nigerian government and asked God to avenge the suffering they expose her son and other soldiers to.

In her words: ‘’Please leaders of Nigeria.Our children are in the bush. I have told my son if you can no longer continue, come back home. God will feed us.

"My husband did soldier work for 36 years, they never encountered this thing but small small children are suffering in the hush., You are taking our children to make money.

"Nigerian leaders, it will never be well with you people. It will never be well with you people. I have told my son, if you cannot continue, come back home. It is not by force. Nigerian leaders and government.

"Please do something bout our children in the bush. Please, I am an old soldier's wife. My son joined the Army and he is crying. Please Nigeria, we are begging you people not to leave us. Please don't leave our children to d!e everyday. They are suffering in the bush!

"Oh God of revengeance, revenge for our children. Revenge!  I am speaking all of this with heartbreak. God of revengeance, where are you? Please Arise! ‘’
