A young boy all the way from the northern part of Nigeria with a giant hand has been sighted begging for alms around Ikeja round-about. His abnormally inflammated hand is said to have been caused by a disease called Elephantiasis disease which is very prominent in India.
It causes the abnormal swelling of limbs.
