Jimi Agbaje Wins Lagos PDP Governorship Primaries

 

PDP in Lagos conducted its governorship primaries where Jimi Agbaje was declared winner. Agabje who defeated former Minister of State for Defence, Senator Musilie Obanikoro.

846 delegates across the 20 local government areas of the state took part in the excercise, Obanikoro scored 346, Mr Tokunbo Kamson scored 46, Engineer Deji Doherty scored 21, while Mr Babatunde Gbadamosi scored 21 votes.

Chairman of the governorship electoral committee Senator Saidu Umar Kano announced the winner of the primaries, where he said  “I hereby declare Mr Jimi Agbaje as the candidate of the PDP for the. 2015 governorship elections.”
