The bomb explosion by a female suicide bomber at the entrance of the Sunday market has reportedly occurred on Sunday, July 26, 2015 and has left 47 people injured.

It's been barely 9 days since the bomb explosion on Eid prayer ground during the Eid-el-Fitri celebrations.

Sadly, about 14 people have just been killed in a fresh bomb blast in Damaturu, the Yobe State capital.

The explosion, which reportedly occurred on Sunday, July 26, 2015, left 47 individuals injured after a female suicide bomber detonated the bomb at the entrance of the Sunday market.

According to Channels TV, the Police Public Relations Officer, Mr Toyin Gbadegesin, confirmed the incident, saying the 47 wounded people are currently receiving treatment at the state’s specialist hospital.
