The Peoples Democratic Party has launched another attack at the All Progressives Congress, in it's proposed bid to properly x-ray the affairs of the nation, the opposing party has come up with some serious allegations.
A statement purportedly signed by Prince Uche Secondus, the Acting National Chairman of the party, expressed their displeasure at how President Buhari was going about his appointments.
The statement also claims that the Director General of the Department of State Services (DSS), Alhaji Lawal Musa Daura, is a critical intelligence stakeholder in the APC.
The national working committee also claims Daura is a card carrying member of the APC and was actively involved in the party’s campaigns.
They cited incidents in Akwa-Ibom and other PDP states where the Department of State Services (DSS) were used to intimidate and harass party members.
Adding that, in some cases, electoral officers and members of election tribunals were arrested and detained.
They also dealt with internal squabbles in the Ekiti chapter of their party, and resolved that they will only recognise the executive committee led by Chief Idowu Faleye, and also, summoned all parties involved to meet with the party Hierarchy.
