This young couple resign from their high paying jobs to pursue their globe-trotting dream.You won't believe what becomes of them after the adventure

Chanel Cartell and Stevo Dirnberger, who left their home in South Africa six months ago for an adventure, are now doing menial jobs to get enough to eat.

After touring a host of countries, the pair are currently in Athens scrubbing toilets to make ends meet.

The couple wrote: "We’re toilet cleaners, dog poop scoopers, grocery store merchandisers, and rock shovelers."

"It’s painstakingly hard and dirty work."

The pair said they permanently had dirt under their nails and lived on a diet of crackers and jam as they could only afford the cheapest food.
