Omg! Police Van Used in Packing Grasses in Lagos (Photos)

 

Odd photos of a police van attached to the Ikoyi unit of Lagos being used to pack grasses to probably feed animals has surfaced. This vehicle was bought with tax payers' money for the provision of adequate security over lives and properties in the state.
