The Code of Conduct Tribunal has instructed the Inspector General of Police, Solomon Arase to produce, Senate President,Bukola Saraki at the tribunal tomorrow as he failed to appear again.

The Code of Conduct Tribunal on Monday insisted that the Inspector-General of Police, Solomon Arase must produce the Senate President, Bukola Saraki, on Tuesday.
The tribunal rejected the request that the case should be stepped down until the determination of Saraki’s case at the Federal High Court in Abuja.
Justice Danladi Umar who presides over the tribunal said in his ruling: "Accordingly, the IGP as we said earlier are still in order to arrest and prosecute the accused person tomorrow, 22nd of September 2015 at 10am.
