A very close ally of former President, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, has passed on at 75.
JSPC Nwokolo, a renowned lawyer and a very close friend of former President Olusegun Obasanjo died at the age 75.
According to a statement released by the Nwokolo family and signed by the deceased’s son, Patrick Chukwunwike Nwokolo, his JSPC died on October 9.
He described his father as a devoted Christian, who lived an impactful life and “silently made immense contributions towards nation-building and human development.”
The family said the burial of the patriarch will be announced later. Nwokolo who hailed from Umudunu village, Abagana, in Njikoka local government area, Anambra state, is survived by his wife, Barrister Patty Nwokolo, seven children and many relations.
