President Buhari's New Ministers Face Huge Task - APC National Chairman

 

The National Chairman of the governing All Progressives Congress (APC), Chief John Odigie-Oyegun, has said that the new ministers appointed by President Muhammadu Buhari, faces a huge task to perform and be productive in changing the fortunes of the country as Nigerians expect a lot from them.

 

Oyegun made this known when he spoke on Wednesday while receiving a delegation of the alumni association of the University of Ibadan led by one of the ministerial nominees and outgoing Vice-Chancellor, Professor Isaac Folorunso Adewole, in his office, at the APC national secretariat in Abuja.

 

"We are now prepared and are in the process of briefing the incoming ministers so that when they come in, they also will not be trying to find out how things have been. They will truly hit the ground running. Even though I am an insider, I must also confess that the quality of the ministers that are coming on board has far exceeded my expectations, especially watching each of them perform at to the Senate screening and that has been a thing of joy," he said.
