32-year old Avengers star, Chris Hemsworth, looked shockingly gaunt in an Instagram selfie on sunday after embarking on an intense 500-calorie a day diet ahead of his new film. 

 

After slimming down for 'In the Heart of the Sea' movie, He posted and captioned the shocking photo, 'Just tried a new diet/training program called "Lost At Sea." Wouldn't recommend it.'
