Photos Of A Primary Health Care Center In A Kaduna Community Raises Concern

A Twitter user has taken to the microblogging platform to share photos of the deplorable state of a Primary Health Care Center in a community in Kaduna .

Twitter user @4lowthemoney said the Primary Health Care Center is located in Mallagum Community of Kaura Local Government area in Kaduna State.

The Twitter user also claimed that this is the only Primary Health Care Center in the community.

The tweet read;

''UNBELIEVABLE!!! This deplorable building is the shocking state of the Primary Health Care Centre in Mallagum Community of Kaura Local Govt. area in Kaduna State. Our team confirmed this is the only PHC in the community. Looking at its current state.''
