An all-female news team which consists largely of models and beauty contestants, in Venezuela have decided to show their support for the national football team in this year's Copa America tournament by stripping naked.

An all-female news team which consists largely of models and beauty contestants in Venezuela have decided to show their support for the national football team in this year's Copa America tournament by stripping naked. The 8 presenters from Desnudando la Noticia - which translates as 'Stripping the News' - decided to bare all as an encouragement to the gladiators of football, asking other women to join them.

In a message to football fans in South America, the team says that for every stage of the contest the Venezuelan team get through, they will post more nude content on their webpage.

Despite finishing fourth in last year's Copa America, Venezuela are underdogs going into this year's contest, facing an uphill battle to get out of a group which includes Brazil, Colombia, and Peru.
