Mo Abudu, the popular Nigerian media mogul, has met with Prince of Wales, William.
The 58-year-old Abudu met Williams at the EbonyLife Media sponsored a masterclass for 20 up and coming filmmakers in London.
The event took place on Tuesday. The event is part of The Royal African Society’s film festival – Film Africa.
Mo Abudu took to her Instagram page on Friday to upload photos of the event.
She then wrote: Hello beautiful people
EbonyLife Media sponsored a masterclass for 20 up and coming filmmakers in London on Tuesday as part of The Royal African Soceity's film festival - Film Africa.
The Prince of Wales was the special guest of honour and he attended our Masterclass. We also had the opportunity to talk about a number of things to include growing the Black Creative Economy in the UK.
I was also able to tell him about our new film "Elesin Oba" - "The King's Horseman" launching on Netflix today and I did ask him to watch. ( I hope he does), but little did I know that I was going to make the headlines with my "request" in the Daily Mail. Please scroll to see!
To all the lovers of great films, Elesin Oba has been a labour of love for the team and I. Please do find the time to watch!
Arunma Oteh, Desta Haile, Naomi Rhodes and to the rest of the Royal Africa Society team, my special thanks to you all on this awesome partnership. It was lovely to meet Nana Mensah and Colleen Morris - Glennon.
