Ex-BBNaija housemate, Shwggz Olusemo has thrown his weight behind his girlfriend who was trolled online over her accent.

Sheggz praised Bella for her honesty on X (previously Twitter) and denounced the practice of impersonating someone else’s accent.

Sheggz expressed his displeasure at the pervasive body shaming and disparaging remarks about women in 2023 and stressed that such behaviour is unacceptable.

In his tweet, he wrote;

“So it’s now cool to be faking an accent. I love the fact that my woman is real, and true to herself. I think it’s sad that in 2023 people want to body shame a woman and speak down on her. It will never be ok, and if she overreacted then it’s understandable because enough is enough.”
