Controversial critic, Daniel Regha has defended singer, Davido after a video of him on his knees begging an unknown lady went viral on social media.

The video surfaced online after a photo of the singer in a cozy position with an American stylist, Courtney had been published on social media.

Later, the model’s friend posted a video of Davido crying and pleading on his knees.

Reacting, Daniel Regha said it looks like a calculated move to make fun of Davido or create needless debate and drama on the internet.

In his words: “Davido has been involved in a lot of controversies which is disappointing for a man of his status, but the video of him on his knees which is being circulated on the internet is very questionable. It seems like a deliberate act to either ridicule him or stir unnecessary drama & controversy online. Unfortunately, many people are quick to judge (without verifiable evidence) out of spite.”
