Nollywood actress Esther Kalejaye has celebrated her 50th birthday in grand style.

The star hosted her family, friends and colleagues in Canada for the special birthday.

Esther shared photos of herself as she expressed gratitude to her Maker for the gift of life and the blessings she has.

She wrote: "I am forever grateful to have such amazing family, friends and colleagues in Canada. Thank you to everyone who supported me during my birthday party; you all made my birthday extra special with your awesome gifts. Thank you all for helping me to organise the party; I really appreciate all the effort you all put into making my birthday so special. I really appreciate it; it means a lot to me.
