Shaboozey, the American country music star, has proudly embraced his Nigerian heritage, stating that Nigeria will always remain an integral part of his identity.

Born Collins Obinna Chibueze to Nigerian parents in Woodbridge, Virginia, Shaboozey recently took to his X page to reflect on his cultural heritage.

“This one feels like a homecoming,” he wrote. “Virginia raised me, but Nigeria will always be in my blood.”
