Omoni Oboli, the Nigerian actress and producer, has urged her followers, whom she fondly calls “besties,” not to give up on their pursuits.
She shared this on her Instagram handle on Wednesday, describing her followers as ‘besties’ signifying her love and affection for her people.
“And to encourage you besties: if you’re in a season of waiting don’t give up. God sees you. God hears you. Your time is coming, and when it does, it will be speedy and undeniable.”
Omoni shared how she waited for roles with her colleague, Uzor Arukwe, during their early acting years before she became a well-known actress and even a producer.
“On set 2 days ago, @uzor.arukwe and I were reminiscing about how we used to sit at home praying and crying to God for work. Now we are overwhelmed with it.
“What a faithful God! I just want to take a moment to appreciate my King. The one who makes all things beautiful in His time.” she wrote.
Omoni Oboli has gained recognition for her engaging and relatable Nigerian movies and has a film production named Omoni Oboli TV.
