Former security guards popularly known as Happie Boys have begged Apostle Gift Chinyere for forgiveness.
The duo visited the clergyman's Omega Power Ministries in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, on Sunday, September 14 to tender an apology.
During the service, the duo spoke before the congregation and alleged that they had been influenced by individuals they described as enemies of the Apostle.
According to them, those persons persuaded them to attack the cleric publicly, with promises that they would be taken to the United States in return.
“We were misled by people who wanted to harm you. They promised us opportunities abroad if we went against you, but we now see that we were wrong to follow them,” they told the congregation.
