Speaking via his 𝕏 account, the singer emphasised the importance of reaching out for support, highlighting that survival is only possible if one is alive to tell their story.
He addressed the stigma surrounding mental health and encouraged open conversations.
The singer stressed that taking one’s life would be selfish and would hurt loved ones.
Oxlade assured fans that difficult times are temporary and that support is available, adding that only those who survive would get help.
