Popular Nollywood actress, Georgina Onuoha has criticised Ned Nwoko over his recent remarks concerning his estranged wife, Regina Daniels.
After Regina submitted herself for a drug test in the UK and the result was negative, Ned Nwoko released statements insisting that she tested positive for drugs in Nigeria.
After his initial statement, Georgina Onuoha slammed him and accused him of trying to taint the image of his estranged wife, Regina Daniels.
Now, after Ned released another statement which includes his WhatsApp message to Regina Daniels in which he accused her of inappropriate behaviour and of using drugs, Onuoha has reacted again.
Onuoha told Ned Nwoko that his behaviour is "deeply disturbing" and unbecoming of a politician. She added that he "urgently needs psychological rehabilitation rather than Regina."
She added that "his attitude is unbecoming of a responsible and honorable man. His persistent behavior online and his witch haunt campaign against his estranged wife and a young woman he started bedding at 17 according to her, reflects the classic behavior of a malignant narcissist a person who seeks total control over another human being: their life, their choices, even their sense of self."
She urged Ned to respect Regina's choice and to stop damaging her image.
Onuoha wrote: "A man nearing 70 publicly batling a 24 year old woman a young woman who entered that relationship at 17 should alarm every Nigerian. She has since grown, matured, and chosen to leave a path that no longer serves her.
In any free society, the right to walk away from a toxic relationship is fundamental. Yet instead of respecting her choice, he continues a campaign of character destruction labeling her a "drug addict," damaging her reputation, and using their children as leverage to coerce her return. This is not concern. This is control.
"She voluntarily submitted to independent drug testing abroad and was cleared. An actual addict someone who cannot function without substances does not live the life we all see her living. Admitting poor judgment does not make a person an addict. Language matters False labels destroy lives. what is unfolding is dangerous. It follows a familar pattern: when a woman says "I am done," the same tactics appear intimidation, defamation, manipulation and relentless pressure.
"lf anything happens to this young woman accountability must fall where it belongs.
"Senator Ned, leave her alone she has said enough Respect it.
"Freedom means the right to leave So Chinedu Rest in Jesus Name. Because your smear campaign against this young woman will not be sustained Regina might not have the grammatical acumen to write epistles like you, but guess what., many good and just Nigerians will speak up for her.
“You are petty. It is obvious that you are the one in need of psychological rehabilitation. You need help Chinedu.”
