Nigerian streamer and skitmaker, Carter Efe, has shared the tragic story of how his father, a police officer, was brutally k!lled by armed robbers dressed in military camouflage during a robbery in Ogun State several years ago.
The skitmaker recalled that his father had closed from duty but decided to follow the police van to the nearest bus-stop to their home.
However, on their way, they ran into an ongoing robbery operation on the highway and unknown to them that the men in military camouflage were robbers, they alighted from their vehicle to know what was causing gridlock, but robbers opened fire on them upon spotting their police uniform.
Carter Efe said his father’s murder is more traumatising because he saw his lifeless body on television and the clip is still available on YouTube.
Speaking in a recent episode of The Honest Bunch Podcast, Carter Efe said, “My dad had closed from duty and was heading home but he decided to enter the police van to the nearest bus-stop to our house, we were saying at Ogun State then.
“However, they ran into a gridlock and some men in military camouflage were robbing. My dad and his colleagues alighted from the van to check what was going but immediately the robbers spotted them in police uniform, they opened fire on them. My dad is on YouTube, I saw my dad’s lifeless body on the ground with police uniform.”
He added, “I am not stranger to pain. I have gone through a lot of pains. So, there is no pain that will make me stop my grind.”
