A dispute over a blocked compound entrance in Lagos has escalated into a serious allegation involving a neighbourhood safety officer and her spouse.

A woman has accused a female Lagos State Neighbourhood Safety Corps (LNSC) officer and the officer's husband of allegedly ass@ulting her following a dispute that began when the officer's vehicle was parked in a manner that blocked access to her compound.

The woman alleged that the confrontation was triggered after she deflated the tyre of the vehicle obstructing her entrance, following which the officer and her husband reportedly retaliated by deflating her own car tyre before physically @tt@cking her.
