Federal High Court in Abuja has cancelled all the processes that led to Atiku Abubakar becoming the ADC, presidential candidate for the 2027 election.
The court also cancelled the appointment of former Senate President David Mark, Rauf Aregbesola and others as the party's national officers.
Justice Peter Lifu ruled on Thursday.
He also said every candidate nominated for the 2027 elections has lost their nomination, since they came through what he called an illegal and unlawful party leadership.
The case was brought by Nafiu Bala Gombe, a Deputy National Chairman of the ADC.
Gombe argued that after former National Chairman Ralph Nwosu resigned, he was the one who should have taken over the party's leadership under its constitution.
He said Mark and Aregbesola took control in a way that broke the party's constitution and the Electoral Act.
Gombe asked the court to cancel all decisions made under Mark's leadership.
He also asked the court to stop Mark, Aregbesola and other members of their caretaker committee from acting as the party's leaders.
Justice Lifu agreed with him and granted the reliefs he asked for.
The suit lists the ADC, the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, Mark, Aregbesola and Nwosu as the first to fifth defendants.
Nkemakolam Ukandu, a top official for the ADC political party, said the party plans to disagree with the court decision.
