Andy and Sarah Justice wanted children so much that after waitng for three and half years, they decided to adopt, as they could not afford IVF.

 

The couple had decided to go to a specialist, but the treatment was too expensive (between $30,000–60,000). Instead they decided to adopt a baby and were soon paired with a birth mother.

 

A week later after the triplets were delivered by the birth mother, Sarah began to feel sick and scheduled a doctor’s appointment.

 

He surprised her: Sarah was pregnant — with twins!
