Hillarious! Nigerians on Twitter Blast Senator Shehu Sani For Boasting About Time in Prison
Posted by Samuel on Tue 13th Oct, 2015 - tori.ngNigerians on twitter have put Kaduna Senator, Shehu Sani on blast for making mention of his time in prison, earlier today at the Senate.
It will be recalled that Sani, a human rights activist, was sentenced to life imprisonment for protesting against the government of late dictator, Sani Abacha. He was released in 1999 when Nigeria returned to democracy.
Senator Sani made comments boasting about the time he spent in Kirikri prison during the ongoing screening of President Muhammadu Buhari’s ministerial nominees.
