There is an ongoing protest in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja by dismissed immigration recruits.

The protesting individuals

The President Muhammadu Buhari-led administration halted the ongoing training of personnels by the Nigeria Immigration Service, NIS for structural purposes and the affected personnels have taken to the street to make a peaceful protest and call the attention of constituted authorities to their plight.
