#ToriNewsExclusive: Trailer Almost Pushed Car over the Bridge in Ghastly Car Crash in Festac (Photos)

 

A ghastly motor accident occurred around 11am today on a Bridge in Festac, thereby causing heavy traffic gridlock inside FESTAC Town near Dominos Pizza office.

 

The accident involving a heavy duty rickety trailer and a Nissan jeep was attributed to a break failure and reckless driving by the truck driver. The truck squeezed the jeep and nearly pushed it over into the canal.

 

 

Tori.ng correspondent who was at the scene of the accident, gathered that the driver of the truck with Lagos registration number, LSD 975 XQ took to his heels after realizing the damage he had done. The Nissan Jeep also with Lagos registration number AKD 176 CM, was dented beyond recognition.

 

The owner of the car who refused his picture to be taken was seen pacing up and down the scene in shock. Police men at the scene of the accident were seen trying effortlessly to control the traffic gridlock caused by the accident.

 

No life was however lost in the incident.
