Drama As Taxi Driver Wrestles Traffic Officer For Seizing His Car Keys After He Allegedly Committed A Traffic Offence (Video)

A video has captured the moment a VIO officer and a taxi driver engaged in a scuffle.

In the video, the driver was angry that the traffic officer had seized his car keys for apparently committing a traffic offense.

The driver struggled with the traffic officer as he demanded that his key be given back to him. Both men struggled until the officer fell on the floor and began shouting for help from passersby who in the video, failed to heed his call for help.
