Nigerian Doctor Replaces Consultation Fee With PVCs In His Hospital (Video)

Ahead of the 2023 elections, a Nigerian doctor identified as Prof Dr Kingsley Obioha, has announced that in place of consultation fees to be paid in his hospital, patients will be required to present their permanent voters' card PVC.

A video of the doctor announcing this to his patients was shared online this morning.
