Henry Olisaemeka Orakwu, the Big Brother Naija Season 7 ex-housemate, who is known as Groovy has turned a year older,

The reality TV state celebrated his first birthday since leaving the BBNaija house on October 5, 2022.

He shared photos of himself on Instagram and captioned, “DEAR SELF, remember to slow down and enjoy the journey. You don’t have to constantly hustle to prove that you deserve this.
