Retiree Collapses As Pensioners Protest Non-payment Of Benefits In Kano (Photos)

To protest non-payment of their retirement benefits, some aggrieved pensioners in Kano state stormed the state government house to air their grievances on Thursday, October 6.

The pensioners were holding a peaceful protest in the state to draw the attention of the authority to their plight when one of them collapsed.

The protesters marched from the Emir’s House in Nasarawa to the state government house.
