Daniel Regha Criticizes Davido’s Father Over N1 billion Donation to Church

 

Controversial media personality Daniel Regha has slammed Davido’s father over his N1 billion donation to a church.

 

Davido’s father, Adedeji Adeleke had donated 1 billion naira to a church he visited on Sunday.

 

Reacting, Regha noted that even though going to church is fine, donating one billion naira in a country where there is starvation and millions are struggling to survive is inappropriate.

 

His words: “Giving to the church is fine, but donating over a billion to any church, in a country where millions are starving & struggling to survive doesn’t seem right. Davido’s dad should’ve used about 80% of that money to create employment opportunities.”
