My Bones Are Tired - Veteran Nigerian Actor, RMD Says As He Turns 64 (Video)

Richard Mofe-Damijo, the veteran Nollywood actor, who is better known as RMD, has cocked a new age and is using the opportunity to talk about the ageing process.

The respected actor opened up about the inevitable challenges that comes with ageing. 

The actor turned 64 years old on Sunday, July 6, 2025. 

In a video posted by his daughter, Nichole, on her Instagram story, the actor said he feels young but humorously added that his bones are tired.
