Nollywood actor Monsuru Ayanfe has opened up about an experience with star actress, Funke Akindele.
Speaking in an interview with Jeff Owolewa, Monsuru recounted Funke’s behaviour toward him when he crashed her car.
According to him, the incident happened as he tried to pack her new car after a movie scene when he mistakenly crashed it.
Monsuru said that although Funke was mad at him, she later apologised, leaving him shocked.
“I was the one who spoiled Funke Akindele’s new car while I was trying to pack her car after the movie set. Funke is someone who gets angry easily, but when she is calm, she apologises. If she reacts to something someone says, she retraces her steps and apologises”.
He also spoke about his relationship with Femi Adebayo and recalled how he was earning N5000 from the filmmaker when he started his career. He said Femi was paying him N5000 out of the N20,000 he was making as his salary.
“I was collecting N5000 when I started my career from Femi Adebayo because of the passion and flair I had for acting”.
