Nollywood actor Frederick Leonard has penned a heartfelt message to his mother in honor of International Men’s Day.

He appreciated his mother for moulding him into an excellent man. He stated that she is responsible for the man that we all see today and appreciated his Maker for giving him a mother like her.

Leonard thanked his mother for the love and support she has shown him through the years as he carries on the creative path as a Filmmaker.

Advising men, he told them to know God, stay in shape and good health, ensure they’re not broke, and avoid de@th.

“Today is International Men’s Day, and I want to take this time again, like I’ve always done, to say thank you to my mother. The woman who brought me into the world moulded such an excellent man.

My mother is responsible for the man that you all see today. And I am thankful to have been gifted by God with a mother like my mother. Thank you so much for the love and the support you have all shown me through the years as I carry on on this creative path as a Filmmaker.

My ADVICE TO MEN:

Know God.

Stay in shape and good health.

Make sure you’re NOT BROKE.

Don’t die.
