Nollywood actress Regina Daniels has stated that she has no intention of remarrying following her challenging split from billionaire husband Ned Nwoko.

The actress opened up while responding to a question from a fan about whether she would consider marrying again, especially to someone closer to her age.

In her response, Regina Daniels explained that the experience left her deeply hurt and unwilling to enter another marriage, saying she feels traumatized by the institution.

The netizen asked: “Will you consider marrying another man and will be your age”

She wrote: “Nopeee traumatized with that institution”

Recall that Regina Daniels and Ned Nwoko tied the knot in 2019 and had two children together.

Their marriage, however, became the subject of intense public scrutiny due to a series of controversies that unfolded over the years.

In October, Regina shared a viral video in which she appeared in tears, claiming that life in Nwoko’s home had become unbearable.

She alleged that she faced control, manipulation, and forms of abuse that left her traumatized.

In response, Ned Nwoko denied any domestic violence, accusing Regina of drug and alcohol use, claiming that her behaviour was the source of the marital problems.

He alleged that she had assaulted staff, damaged property, and acted erratically, and he suggested she needed rehabilitation.

Regina later admitted to drug use but insisted that it did not justify the treatment she received, saying she was sometimes forced into medical interventions meant to control her.

Further allegations from Regina included being locked up, having her phones seized, and being subjected to injections of strong drugs, which she claimed were intended to discredit her.

She also revealed that their marriage may not have been legally registered, as it was reportedly only a traditional union, making the formal divorce process complicated.

Family members became involved in the dispute as well, with her brother accusing Nwoko of assault and harassment.
