Ayra Starr, a Grammy-nominated Afrobeats singer, has dropped her highly awaited third studio album, 'Starrgirl'.
On Friday, the 16-track album was made available on all major digital streaming platforms.
The 24-year-old musician, who announced the release on her social media platforms, reminisced on her creative journey and described the project as a highly personal milestone.
"I'm so proud of the woman I've allowed myself to become through the making of this album and every version of me that had to exist to get here," she told me.
Ayra Starr, born Oyinkansola Aderibigbe, ascended to international popularity with the success of her 2021 hit single 'Bloody Samaritan'.
Her earlier releases include her debut album, '19 & Dangerous' (2021), and 'The Year I Turned 21' (2024).
