Premier League clubs, Manchester United and Chelsea are not in negotiations over a possible transfer for Harry Maguire, it has been revealed.
Maguire was dropped for United’s 2-1 win over Liverpool on Monday, leading to speculation over his future.
But football transfer expert, Fabrizio Romano, tweeted on Wednesday morning: “No negotiations ongoing between Manchester United and Chelsea for Harry Maguire. He’s expected to stay at Man United and fight for his place, no different plans on clubs side too.
“Chelsea position, always the same: they want Wesley Fofana.”
Meanwhile, Real Madrid striker, Mariano Diaz, has agreed to leave the club.
According to AS, Diaz is ready for a new challenge as he has not been given game time by manager Carlo Ancelotti.
However, he is only interested in leaving for another LaLiga side, instead of going abroad.
Celta Vigo, Getafe, Sevilla, Rayo Vallecano, and Espanyol are supposedly interested in him, but none of them have made a strong offer.
