Popular Nigerian gospel singer, Mercy Chinwo has claimed the Best International Act at the 2023 Premier Gospel Awards in the United Kingdom.
The Premier Gospel Awards took place at the prestigious Cadogan Hall in Chelsea, London, on Friday, successfully celebrating 50 years of gospel music in the UK.
Speaking about the award, the excited Mercy said, “I’m humbled and honoured to receive this prestigious award. I want to thank God for His grace and the incredible support from my fans, friends, and family who have been with me on this journey. This award is not just for me; it is for everyone who believes in the power of music to touch hearts and change lives.”
Also, sharing the award picture on her Instagram page on Tuesday, she wrote: “GOD IS GOOD. Thanks for the honour @premiergospel. To everyone of you who voted, thank you God bless you all.”
