Nollywood actor Ibrahim Yekini, popularly known as Itele, has opened up about his inspiring journey from humble beginnings to success, just days after acquiring a multimillion-naira home.
Taking to his Instagram page, the actor reflected on his “grass-to-grace” story, describing himself as a young boy who grew up in Agbado Crossing without privilege or easy opportunities.
According to him, he was not born with a silver spoon, nor did he have access to shortcuts, but he held on to dreams that stretched far beyond his immediate environment.
Itele emphasized that his life story serves as proof that one’s starting point does not determine their final destination. His message, filled with gratitude and determination, resonated with fans as he encouraged them to remain focused, consistent, and committed to their goals regardless of their current circumstances.
Sharing his thoughts, he wrote: “That boy from Agbado Crossing… No silver spoon, no shortcuts—just dreams bigger than his environment.
"Today, the same boy is living proof that where you start doesn’t define where you’ll end up. Stay focused… keep digging.”
Beyond celebrating his personal milestone, the actor also used the moment to promote his upcoming project, hinting at new creative work on the horizon. He announced “OSODIRAN Part 2: The Origin of Koleoso.”

His story has since drawn admiration online, with many praising his perseverance and using his journey as a source of motivation.
