Nollywood actress Nkechi Blessing has responded to the criticism surrounding her recent choice to keep her relationship out of the public eye.
The mother of one posted a video of herself dancing, reflecting her joy since she decided not to post her man.
She wrote, “Since I started to hide my man, life is just sweet anyhow. Wish I did earlier, but we move. Hey Daddy, I love you pieces.”
Her post, however, attracted sharp criticism from some followers.
Nkechi addressed the negative reactions, pointing out that women often judge other women harshly.
She said that many married women still behave as if they were single, which fuels their frustration toward others who openly embrace new love.
Nkechi expressed her irritation but remained unapologetic, asserting that she is simply enjoying her relationship.
She wrote: “Women are always tearing another woman down. See the bitterness in my last post.
“I no blame una, some of una Dey husband house but still living like a single woman, why won’t you let out your frustration on a woman who did nothing but fell in love again, una go, Dey alright. Lick my fat Ass.”
Recall that during the holiday season, Nkechi shared photos with her new partner in matching outfits, saying that she had expected to end the year single but instead found happiness.
This comes after her previous relationship with musician Eseoghene Obire, also known as Xxssive, ended in March.
She clarified that their split was amicable.
